What time do I check in?
You can check-in at 2pm and check-out at 12am.
What if I want to cancel or reschedule?
Cancellation on H-1 withholding fee 100% / tent and reschedule on H-2 additional cost 250k / tent, on the day of the additional cost according to the price of the tent
Are there tour guides for rafting?
There are rafting service providers that we work with. You can ask the manager directly when you arrive at the location.
Is there a phone signal in the campground area?
Phone signal is good in most of the campgrounds. However, there are some spots where the signal may be less stable.
Are there places to eat in the campground?
We have a cafe that sells food and drinks. You are also welcome to bring your own food and drinks.
How much does parking cost?
Car & Mini Bus 40K/night and Motorcycle 10K/night. Parking fees are paid directly to the manager when arriving at the location.
